Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something goes wrong, we will make it right — but we have a clear process to ensure fairness for all customers. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a request.
Eligibility Window
Refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as shown by your tracking information. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Refund or Replacement
We accept requests under the following circumstances only:
- Item arrived damaged, broken, or non-functional
- Item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong colour, wrong model)
- Item was never delivered (confirmed after 35 days from dispatch with no tracking movement)
- Item is missing parts or accessories as described in the product listing
Important: Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size/variant are NOT valid reasons for a refund. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Approval Process
1. Customer submits request
2. Our team reviews the issue within 1–2 business days
3. If approved: we issue a full refund to your original payment method OR send a replacement — your choice
4. If not approved: we inform you of the reason and offer alternatives where possible
Returns Shipping
For most cases of defective or incorrect items, we do NOT require you to return the product. A photo or video is sufficient. If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items showing user damage not consistent with the described defect
- Requests submitted outside the 30-day window
- Change of mind or preference changes
- Items claimed as non-delivered when tracking confirms delivery
