Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with your tracking number once dispatched.

Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Please note that tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update after shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or misrepresent order values on customs declarations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7+ business days or your package has not arrived after 35 days, contact us at shapingproducts@gmail.com. We will investigate and either reship or issue a full refund if confirmed lost.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
